1. Made-to-order products

Our components are customized to your dimensions and specifications, so lead times depend on design approval and production. We confirm an estimated delivery window in your quotation and order confirmation: which depends on the product and production schedule.

2. Delivery

We deliver to the service areas confirmed in your quotation. Delivery is by our team or a contracted carrier, scheduled with you in advance. Delivery and crane or lifting charges, where applicable, are shown in your quotation. Someone must be present to receive the delivery, and the site must be accessible.

3. Inspection on delivery

Please inspect your components on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery document. Report damage or missing items to us promptly, and within 48 hours of delivery, with photos so we can arrange repair or replacement.

4. Installation

Where installation is included, our team will install and connect the component on the agreed date. Rescheduling at short notice may incur a fee.

5. Returns

Because products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind once production has started. Standard, non-customized accessories may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging; return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

6. Faulty or incorrectly made products

If a product is defective or does not match the approved specification, we will repair or replace it at our cost, or refund where repair or replacement is not possible, in line with our warranty and your legal rights.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel before design sign-off for a full refund less any design fees stated in your quotation. After production starts, cancellation charges may apply to cover work and materials already committed.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 business days.
